Areas of Specialism

Corinna Werwigk-Hertneck has been an inheritance and family lawyer for over 30 years. She has special expertise in divorce, maintenance and custody law. She advises and represents spouses, long-term partners and members of patchwork families in family law and inheritance matters, in particular in relation to creating testamentary dispositions and litigious inheritance disputes.

Career

Corinna Werwigk-Hertneck studied law in Kiel and Tübingen. She has been admitted as a lawyer in Stuttgart since 1981. In 1987, she joined the law firm founded by her father, Hilmar Hertneck, in central Stuttgart. Between 2002 and 2004 she was Justice Minister and Commissioner for Foreigners in the Federal State of Baden-Württemberg. Corinna Werwigk-Hertneck chaired the Interior Affairs and Law Committee of the Free Democratic Party (FDP) from 2003 to 2013.
